Name the file as follows: location_lastname_firstname_HireTopTalent.doc (i.e. WashingtonDC_smith_john_HireTopTalent.doc). MOST IMPORTANT. Once you find new employment and are no longer actively looking for work, send the webmaster a note so your link and personal information can be removed. I will replace it with a statement "Found Employment". Deleting is much easier then putting in the links and kniting togther the HTML and FTP uploading! How do we spread the word? As you are sending your resume and cover letter out, add this line or somthing similar to the bottom of your cover letter.
